Phoebe is a 5 yr old spayed 45 lb female Border Collie mix. Phoebe is house trained and well mannered. She is good with cats and most dogs. She is a bit bossy, as those herding dogs can be. Someone in Phoebe's past was not always nice to her-- so she needs a home that will work to increase her confidence, and use positive only training methods.
