Scooter is a 4 yr old neutered male rat terrier. Scooter is from a hoarding situation, where a breeding operation became neglectful and inhumane. He’s timid at first and needs lots of patience. Scooter loves being outdoors, loves playing with other dogs and doesn’t seem to care about cats.
Scooter is a love, but he’ll need someone with rescue dog experience.
