Would you like to give a needy animal a second chance at life? If so, you should consider joining our Foster Care Program. Our program commenced in 2007 and has given over 760 animals a second chance at life! Please consider joining this dedicated team. Fostering affords you the luxury of providing care to our animals in the comfort of your home
In addition to providing housing, foster parents are our best sources of information about our rescued dogs/cats. They frequently provide the first training and socialization a rescued dog ever receives, and their experiences with the dog help us find the best homes possible.

A vital part of the rescue process is fostering. A foster parent fulfills an essential role by providing the initial safe and secure environment for a rescued dog.
**All medical care, food, and other needs are paid for by Good Karma.
The goals of fostering:
Physical health-Special foster homes willing to work with dogs with long term health issues that need to be resolved before placement.
Socialization-Be introduced to a wide range of humans and animals in a positive manner.
Basic Training -"Sit" is a wonderful start to becoming a canine citizen!
Ability to be left alone- Crates/Toys provided if needed.
House-Training-Elementary (puppies) or Remedial (adult) - Training may be needed. A number one on most adopters lists!
