Despite my moderate allergy to cats, we got Jade from the CV Humane Society 7 years ago to ward off the mice in our newly purchased house in 2017.  My son (born after we got the cat) and I take allergy medicine everyday to combat our allergy to her.  With our move to TX next month we want to try living pet free in hopes that my son's allergy-induced asthma and my allergies subside and our general health improves.  

 

Jade is a Manx with tabby coloring.  She's healthy and enjoys spending time indoors and outdoors.  Her temperament is dog-like.  She loves to cuddle and frequently lies on her back so that her chest/tummy will be rubbed.  She's never had a problem with kids and didn't retaliate to the abuse of my son as a toddler.  She is devoted and playful and desires to be your only pet.  She thrives on attention from people but does not tolerate the presence of other pets well.
