Bert is an 10 mos old 24 lb mixed breed. He is a home that had many Doxie's, small Terriers, and Whippets. Your guess is as good as ours! Whatever this sweet and social boy is it works for us. Bert would do best with another confident established dog in the home to help him boost his confidence.Bert is a little less active than Ernie, and laid back, but he does like to romp in the yard. He's great with other dogs, and cats, and has spent time with kids too. Bert has been in foster with a person that happened to be a dog trainer for 2 months and has learned his manners like "sit" and is house trained and has good house manners. He enjoys off lead hikes but is still perfecting his "come when called" when he is off lead so he will need continued training with this. A sweet and wonderful lap dog looking for a home of his own!
