Lily is a 1 year old spayed female Sheltie/Beagle mix. She was found as a stray locally and, after no one claimed her, is now available for adoption. Lily is active, responsive and sweet. She is a bit timid when first meeting new people but warms up quickly and then is happy to be your friend! Lily is good with other dogs and has herding drive so would do best with dogs that don't mind that play style. Lily is GREAT off leash and loves to hike and play in the woods. She is very trainable and would excel at a sport like agility. Lily came to us with a skin infection and is still being treated for this. Because it had been ignored for so long it may take a few months of antibiotics to get the infection cleared up. Lily is a great little dog and will be amazing in a new home. She is crate trained, seems to be house trained and has nice manners. Someone did train this pup as she has a bit of obedience under her belt. A great dog!
